After teaching live yoga classes for 18 years, my platform changed to virtual learning via Zoom to maintain a regular teaching schedule when in-person classes were forced to close because of COVID. Three years later, my online classes are still being offered to help you maintain your at-home yoga practice, one-on-one or in a group. Learning yoga with an experienced yoga teacher in a virtual classroom is a safe, popular and unique way of learning yoga. Virtual classrooms are bringing people from around the globe to the same place at the same time to share the practice of yoga. It’s a beautiful thing.

All of my classes, soft or challenging, are based on the Ashtanga Yoga System transmitted to the modern world by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois (1915-2009). This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures—a process producing internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, a calm mind and a desire for more yoga.
